Customer satisfaction is our greatest concern. If you are not satisfied with your swimsuit or accessory, we are happy to exchange it or refund your money if you inform us in writing of your intent to do so within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of your purchase. Your written notification may be sent via email to: email@example.com or via fax to 630-701-1169. We require that the item to be returned have all the tags attached and the hygiene liner intact, otherwise your refund will NOT be accepted. Also, if the item appears to be used, washed or worn, there will be NO refund. We strongly recommend that an undergarment be worn when trying on your swimsuit for the first time.
Upon receipt of your notification that you intend to return or exchange an item, we will send you a Return/Exchange From and a shipping label which you will affix to the packaging the item came in (or your own similar packaging), and then ship back to us. A copy of your receipt along with the properly filled out Return/Exchange Form that you’ll receive with the return shipping label must be included with your shipment of the returned item.
We will pay for shipping on the first exchange item, but for any additional exchanges you will be responsible for shipping charges.
Returns or exchanges will not be given on custom orders. Our return and exchange policy applies to domestic orders only. We can not accommodate returns or exchanges on international orders.
